Finger Lakes State Park (2002)
Well here it is - documentation of the FIRST Liscum Lab (and family and friends) outing to the great outdoors!!! It was also the first camping trip for little Mannie (the 4th). We're pretty sure everyone had a good time.
Mannie and Taylor went out to the campgrounds thursday afternoon (June 20) to find their family a campsite. Tom came out shortly thereafter and snagged the site next to them. Nathan Z. and Jon Lamb came out later that evening and Jon snagged a third site close by. Tom, Nathan, Taylor and Mannie all stayed thursday night and went to work and school friday morning. Tom, Mannie and Taylor returned in the early afternoon on friday and everyone else joined the "adventure" later friday afternoon/evening. In total we had 15 people (Mannies, Janet, and Taylor, Kasey, and Mannie IV; Tom; Nathan Z.; Jim and Susan; Bethany; Johanna; Meredith; Jon Lamb; and Nathan and Heather Brewer) pend the night friday and an additional 6 (Ed, Renee and Ethan; Daniel and Alison; and Amanda) come up for some socializing. Nothing really embarrasing to report - well Nathan and Jon did have to share a "smallish" airmatress but...really all in all this was a great time.
